Transforming

  • 2 divisions: Adults (13+) and Kids (under 13)
  • Format
    • 1-on-1 matches
    • Single-elimination tournament
    • Fastest time wins
  • Rules
    • All contestants will be provided with the the same figure for the contest
    • Both contestants will start with the figure in the same mode (either robot or vehicle)
    • When the officiant gives the signal to start, both contestants compete to transform the figure to the other mode as quickly as possible
    • The winner is the first to fully convert the figure to the other mode, as depicted in the instructions, and stand steady on the table without touching the figure

  • Rules
    • The format of the challenges will be revealed at the start of the contest
    • Control will transfer between the teams as dictated by the officiant
    • The winning team will be the one with the most points at the end of the final round

    • Submissions created before and brought to the show
    • All media accepted (Traditional and Digital, 2-D and 3-D)

    • All entries must be submitted before the beginning of the judging window
    • The entries will be judged and the winner announced after the contest window ends
    • Entries will be judged on the following criteria:
      • Originality-How unique is your creation?
      • Execution- How finished is your piece?

Video Game

  • Format
    • Solo competition
    • Single round
    • Highest score wins
  • Rules
    • Contestants will play through a pre-selected Challenge Mode level in Transformers: Devastation
    • Contestants will be given 5 minutes to complete the challenge, and their in-game score will be recorded if they complete it in that time
    • Contestants can use the character of their choice (stock characters only -- no customizations)
    • The winner will be the contestant with the highest in-game score score

Action Pose

  • Format
    • Solo competition
    • Judged
  • Rules
    • The contest will be conducted at the Organizers table during the contest window
    • Contestants can come to the Organizer table any time during the contest window
    • All contestants will be provided with the the same figure for the contest
    • Contestants will have 30 seconds to place the figure in the action pose of their choice
    • The officiant will photograph each entry when posing is finished
    • The entries will be judged and the winner announced after the contest window ends
