CybFest NW 2018

Location

CybFest NW 2018 will be held at the Kent Commons Community Center. It is located near Kent Station at 525 Fourth Ave N; Kent, WA 98032. More information regarding the venue is available at their website here.

The convention will utilize the following areas of the Commons:

Dealer Room

There are 5 table options for dealers:
  • Premium Plus: Ideal for the largest dealers with many items to sell, needing extra table space and room to bring shelves
    • Two 6'x2' tables
    • Wall space behind booth
    • Corner location
  • Premium: Ideal for large dealers with many items to sell, needing extra table space but not space behind the tables
    • Two 6'x2' tables
    • No wall space behind booth
    • Corner location
  • Deluxe: Ideal for dealers that wish to bring shelves to display additional product behind their table
    • One 6'x2' table
    • Wall space behind booth
  • Standard: Ideal for smaller dealers that only require table space
    • One 6'x2' table
    • No wall space behind booth
  • Artist: Special rate for artists only selling artwork prints, commissions, sketches, and other non-figure merchandise.
    • One 6'x2' table
    • No wall space behind booth

ATMs

There are a number of ATMs around Kent Station, including U.S. Bank, Bank of America, Heritage Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase Bank, and Harborstone Credit Union. Some dealers may accept debit/credit cards or PayPal, but cash is often more convenient at a show like CybFest NW.
