CybFest NW 2023

Location

CybFest NW 2023 will be held at the Kent Commons Community Center. It is located near Kent Station at 525 Fourth Ave N; Kent, WA 98032. More information regarding the venue is available at their website here.

The convention will utilize the following areas of the Commons:

Dealer Room

There are 5 options for dealers:
  • [Yellow] Commander -- $170: Ideal for the dealers with extra large inventories, needing the most table space
    • Four 6'x2' tables
    • Shelving allowed behind table

  • [Red] Leader -- $130: Ideal for the dealers with large inventories, needing a lot of table space
    • Three 6'x2' tables
    • Shelving allowed behind table

  • [Orange] Voyager -- $90: Ideal for mid-sized dealers with many items to sell, needing extra table space
    • Two 6'x2' tables
    • Shelving allowed behind table

  • [Green] Deluxe -- $50: Ideal for smaller dealers that require less table space
    • One 6'x2' table
    • Shelving allowed behind table

  • [Purple] Artist -- $30: Special rate for artists only selling artwork prints, commissions, sketches, and other non-figure merchandise.
    • One 6'x2' table
    • Shelving allowed behind table

There are also several options for becoming a sponsor of CybFest NW 2023, several of which come with tables (seen below in dark blue). Please see our registration page for details.

This layout may be slightly adjusted once we we begin receiving registrations and have a better idea of demand.

ATMs

There are a number of ATMs around Kent Station, including U.S. Bank, Bank of America, Heritage Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase Bank, and Harborstone Credit Union. Some dealers may accept debit/credit cards or PayPal, but cash is often more convenient at a show like CybFest NW.
