Exclusives
Attendees of CybFest NW 2024 will have the opportunity to purchase an exclusive Transforming figure. This is a custom figure designed and produced for CybFest NW 2024 by Blue Forge.

Given the very limited quantities and anticipated popularity of the
figure, we want to give all pre-registrants an equally-fair opportunity to
purchase it. To this end, we will be selling the figure on a first-come,
first-served basis. The figure will be a limited run of 30 figures. All pre-registered Adult Attendees, Dealers, Dealer Helpers, and Volunteers (excluding family members of the Organizing team) will have the opportunity to purchase one (1) figure after picking up their registration packet as long as supplies last. Since many of our Dealers are fans themselves, a limited number of figures will be allocated for Dealers to purchase starting at 9:30 a.m. after they have arrived and picked up their registration packets (first-come, first-served). The remainder of these figures will be allocated for pre-registered Attendees who will be admitted starting at 10:00 a.m.. Any interested Dealers who are not able to purchase a figure upon arrival can add themselves to a waitlist to have an opportunity to to purchase a figure if any remain after the initial wave of pre-registered Attendees. Each figure will be sold for $75. At the end of the pre-registrant, early admission window (11:00 a.m.), any remaining figures will be made available for purchase to all Attendees, Dealers, and Volunteers of CybFest NW on a first-come, first-served basis at a limit of one (1) per person. Any quantities remaining after the end-of-day raffle will be available for anybody to purchase. |
