Dealer Applications
Thank you for your interest in being a dealer at CybFest NW 2025! Dealer applications are now being accepted.
This year, rather than simply loading table inventory into our online registration system, we will be using a Dealer Application process. This will enable us to better coordinate with Dealers to ensure that they are registering for their best table options and that we understand each Dealer's needs and preferences before the show.

More importantly, though, this will give us an opportunity to pre-emptively collect useful information such as the kinds of Transformers product Dealers are planning to sell and existing online storefronts. Our goal is to integrate this information into online Dealer profiles to help Attendees know what to expect from this year's Dealer Room and to help all of our Dealers grow their brands and reputations.
| If your application is approved, we will send you a PayPal invoice for your table(s) and any add-ons such as Dealer Helpers or additional Attendees in your party. You will have 14 days from the day the invoice is sent to pay it. If your invoice is overdue, we will no longer consider your table reserved, and you may need to reapply if you still wish to be a Dealer at CybFest NW 2025 (if there are still spots available). |
Another noteworthy change we will be making this year is staggered entry for Dealers. We are working with Kent Commons to get into the facility earlier, and we will start admitting the biggest Dealers first since they tend to need extra time. Not only will the larger Dealer spots give you greater visibility at the show, they will also give you priority entry to set up your table. Exact entry times will be determined once the Dealer Room is finalized and will be communicated before the show.
