all of the contests we announced
previously as well as our list of panels:

- Video Game Contest -- $25 Toys R Us gift card
- Trivia -- $15 Toys R Us gift card (for each member of the winning team)

Here is a late, but no less exciting, announcement for CybFest NW 2016:
We are excited to announce that we have once again partnered with Azim
Venksta to offer an exclusive weapon accessory set at CybFest NW 2016. The
Overcast Grey Weapon Set includes an
exclusive recolor of his four Combaticon guns.
The Overcast Grey Weapon Set will be a limited-edition of 25 and will be
available for purchase at the show for $30 (limit of 1).

We have just posted contest details for CybFest NW 2016. They can be
viewed here. Final scheduling details are
in-work and will be posted soon.
Contests have always been a big part of CybFest NW, going back to its
sister convention, CybCon. As usual, we have our Transforming and
Trivia Contests from CybCon, but this year we will also be bringing back
the Video Game Contest. In addition to that, we will also be adding two
new contests: an Art Contest and an Action Pose contest. These contests
are always a great way to interact with fellow Transformers fans, and
there should be a little something for everyone this year, so we hope you
will plan to participate.
We also want to give everyone a registration update. Due to the lateness
of some our our announcements, we felt it was only fair to extend our
pre-registration deadline. We will be formally extending the deadline for
attendees and dealers to August 14, 2016, the Sunday before the show. This
will be your final chance to purchase early admission to the show or a
dealer table.

CybFest NW is pleased to announce our special guest for this year is none
other than artist Josh Burcham. Josh has been a long-time contributor to
Transformers. He is currently working with IDW on Sins of the
Wreckers and Ongoing. He also worked on many other titles including
The animated movie adaptation, TF Animated, Last Stand of the
Wreckers, MTMTE, RiD 2016, and many more. He’s also
done work for Fun Publications and Dreamwave. Outside of Transformers,
he is working on the Samurai Jack comic. So come to CybFest NW and
check out his amazing work.

We wanted to give everyone a quick update after our first month of
registration. Our Premium Plus tables are SOLD OUT. Overall, we
have sold through over half of the available dealer spaces. If you plan to
be a dealer at CybFest NW 2016, be sure to get your registration in as
soon as possible.
Also, don't forget to pre-register if you plan to come as an attendee. We
have some great activities planned for this year and know everyone won't
want to miss out.

pre-register, and pre-registering grants attendees early entry to the show
at 10:00.

Registration for CybFest NW 2016 is now live!
Click here to pre-register for the
show as a dealer or attendee. The advantage to pre-registering is that it
grants attendees entry to the show at 10:00 as opposed to general
admission at 11:00. All dealers must pre-register.
Registration will be open now through July 31, 2016. After that, anyone
who wishes to attend will have to come as general admission.
